서비스 약관

1. 서비스
이 서버는 마이노트(MyNote) 앱의 동기화, 기기 승인, 웹앱, 게시(Publish) 기능을 제공하는 개인 운영 서버입니다(이하 "서비스"). 운영자가 허락한(허용 목록에 있는) 구글 계정만 이용할 수 있으며, 서비스는 무료로, 있는 그대로 제공됩니다.
2. 계정과 보안
- 구글 계정으로 로그인합니다. 구글 계정과 기기의 보안은 이용자가 관리합니다.
- 노트는 종단간 암호화되므로 복구 키와 승인된 기기를 모두 잃어버리면 운영자도 노트를 되살릴 수 없습니다. 복구 키는 인쇄하거나 안전한 곳에 보관하세요.
- 계정 PIN, 임시 비밀번호, 복구 키를 다른 사람에게 알려 주지 마세요. 임시 비밀번호는 한 번만 쓸 수 있고 최대 8시간 동안만 유효합니다.
- 잃어버린 기기는 다른 기기의 기기 목록이나 운영자에게 요청해 바로 연결을 해제하세요.
3. 이용자의 콘텐츠
- 노트와 파일의 권리와 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 암호화된 노트의 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
- 게시한 페이지는 공개됩니다. 게시할 권리가 없는 내용(남의 저작물, 개인정보 등)이나 불법적인 내용을 게시하면 안 됩니다. 신고를 받거나 법령상 필요하면 운영자는 해당 게시 사이트를 중지하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
4. 금지 행위
다른 사람의 계정이나 기기를 쓰는 행위, 서버에 과도한 부하를 주거나 보안을 우회하려는 시도, 악성 코드 배포, 법령을 어기는 이용을 금지합니다. 저장 공간은 운영자가 정한 한도 안에서 씁니다.
5. 서비스 변경과 중단
개인이 운영하는 서버이므로 점검, 장애, 운영 종료 등으로 서비스가 바뀌거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 가능한 한 미리 알립니다. 노트는 기기에 먼저 저장되므로 서버가 멈춰도 기기의 노트는 그대로 남지만, 중요한 노트는 따로 백업하세요.
6. 책임의 한계
운영자는 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 서비스 이용으로 생긴 데이터 손실이나 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스는 어떤 보증도 없이 제공됩니다.
7. 이용 종료
이용자는 언제든 이용을 그만두고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(개인정보처리방침 6항). 이 약관을 어기면 운영자는 계정을 사용 중지할 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

1. The service
This privately operated server provides sync, device approval, the web app and publishing for the MyNote apps (the "service"). Only Google accounts approved by the operator may use it. The service is free and provided as is.
2. Account and security
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for the security of that account and your devices. Notes are end-to-end encrypted: if you lose your recovery key and every approved device, nobody — including the operator — can recover your notes. Keep the recovery key printed or in a safe place. Do not share your account PIN, temporary passwords or recovery key; a temporary password works once and for at most 8 hours. Revoke lost devices from another device or ask the operator.
3. Your content
You own and are responsible for your notes and files; the operator cannot read encrypted notes. Published pages are public: do not publish content you have no right to publish or that is unlawful. The operator may suspend or delete a published site when required by law or after a justified complaint.
4. Prohibited use
Using other people's accounts or devices, overloading the server, trying to bypass its security, distributing malware and unlawful use are prohibited. Storage is limited to what the operator sets.
5. Changes and interruptions
As a privately run server the service may change, be interrupted for maintenance or failures, or end. Important changes are announced in advance where possible. Notes stay on your devices if the server stops, but keep backups of important notes.
6. Limitation of liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for data loss or damages from using the service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties.
7. Ending use
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the privacy policy, section 6). The operator may disable accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law and contact
